Our goal is to provide you with the best transportation options, no matter where you are. We serve hundreds of customers around the world every day and strive to provide you with the highest level of service.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.We support international small packages such as YunExpress, CneExpress, etc., which usually take 12-15 business days to reach North America and Europe.
2.We also support express delivery services like UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc., which typically take 5-12 business days to reach North America and Europe.

Processing Time
1-2 working days (Customized garments require an additional 3-7 days).

If you need urgent processing, please get in touch with us in time.

96% of customers can receive the goods within 18 days.

*If you need to modify the shipping address of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please be aware that we are unable to change the address for orders that have already been shipped, as we sometimes dispatch orders as soon as 1 hour after they are placed.

Delivery Claims
Undelivered Packages: If your package is not delivered or the tracking information shows that it has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please get in touch with us within 7 days to file a claim.

Claims Process: We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that the claims process may take up to 30 days to be completed (depending on the carrier used).

Please note the following important information:

Sweeteer is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
